Godrej Inds forms Cyprus subsidiary

Godrej Global Solutions, a subsidiary of Godrej Industries, has formed a new subsidiary in Cyprus called Godrej Global Solutions (Cyprus).

According to a release issued by Godrej Industries to the BSE today,
the new company has formed a subsidiary in USA called Godrej Global Solutions Inc.

"The two companies have become subsidiaries of  the company," the release added.
