Godrej Lifespace to open 50 stores

Godrej Lifespace, the retailing division of Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co Ltd, is planning to open 50 new 'Home & Interiors' stores in major cities across the country, in the next two-three years.
 
The company expects to increase its turnover to Rs 500 crore, from the current Rs 100 crore, in the next three years.
 
Shyam Motwani, vice-president and business head, Godrej Lifespace, said, "These 50 new stores will cover a floor space of around 2 lakh sft. In Maharashtra, the stores will be opened at Nagpur, Aurangabad, Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Satara and Sangli."
