Godrej Properties enters New Delhi

The company has entered into agreement with Southend Infrastructure to develop a five acre land parcel in Okhla

Godrej Properties has announced that it will enter New Delhi market by developing a luxury group housing project in Okhla phase-I.
Godrej has entered into agreement with  Southend Infrastructure, to develop a five acre land parcel in Okhla.

“NCR is a key part of our growth strategy and we believe this project’s strategic location will help grow our presence in the region,” said Pirojsha Godrej, managing director and CEO, Godrej Properties.   

This is company’s first project in New Delhi and third in National Capital Region (NCR). Company is already developing two residential projects in Gurgaon.
