Goodyear India appoints Prabhakar Jain as CMD

Goodyear India has appointed Prabhakar Jain as Chairman & wholetime Managing Director of the company, with effect from February 01, 2008.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the descision for the appointment was taken by the company's board on December 15, 2007.

'He would be replacing Antonio M Capellini, who has been reassigned by the parent company to its another subsidiary company', the release added.
