Govt intervening applicant in RIL-RNRL case

The Bombay HC today admitted the government as an intervening applicant in the gas pact case between Reliance Industries and Reliance Natural Resources. The government had submitted its application to the two-judge bench to appear as an intervening applicant and not as a party.
