Grasim Q2 consolidated net drops 7%

Grasim Industries today reported a 6.87% decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 200.42 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2005 as against Rs 215.21 crore in the quarter ended September 30, 2004.

According to a release issued by Grasim Industries to the BSE today, total income increased 4.97% to Rs 2,372.34 crore in Q2FY06 from Rs 2,259.90 crore in Q2FY05.
