City-based hospitality major GreenPark Hotels & Resorts Limited formally opened ‘Marigold’, its first five-star luxury hotel, in Hyderabad on Thursday. The new hotel, built with an investment of Rs 100 crore, will cater to both leisure and MICE ( (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions)) segments. The company, which operates business hotels in Hyderabad, Chennai and Visakhapatnam, is planning to have a 1,000-room portfolio under its management by 2014, the company said in a release.
