Grindwell plans bonus, stock split

Grindwell Norton plans to issue shares on a bonus basis and also will consider a proposal for stock split.

According to a release issued by Grindwell to the BSE, the company's board is scheduled to meet on March 8, to consider the above porposals. The board will also announce the annual results and recommend a dividend, if any.

The stock soared to a high of Rs 427, and is presently up 12.6% at Rs 405. The counter has clocked a hefty volume of around 1.07 lakh shares compared to its 2-week average daily traded volume of around 3,200 odd shares.
