GSK Pharma Q2 net down 12%

GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals (GSK Pharma) today reported a 12% decline in net profit at Rs 91.06 crore for the second quarter ended June 30, 2006 when compared with Rs 103.46 crore in Q2FY05.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, total income declined from Rs 478.46 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2005 to Rs 425.65 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2006.
