GSS America Infotech has fixed Rs 326.06 as the issue price for its qualified institutional placement (QIP) that closes today.
"The sub-committee of the company at its meeting held on June 14, 2010, has determined June 14, 2010 to be the issue closing date and Rs 326.06 per equity share to be the issue price pursuant to the Qualified Institutions Placement of the equity shares," said the company in a stock exchange filing on Monday.
The committee has also approved the placement document in respect of the equity shares proposed to be issued. The company proposes to issue 1.4 million equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to raise aggregate proceeds of Rs 45.65 crore.
GSS America shares rose marginally on Monday to trade at Rs 311.90.
