Guj Ambuja board to consider bonus/stock split

The board of directors of Gujarat Ambuja Cements will meet on April 20, 2005 to consider the quarterly unaudited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2005.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the meeting will also consider a proposal to issue bonus shares and/or stock split.
