Regional Manager Parag Kathrotiya said the marketing of the products would be done with the support of the 300-strong dealer network in the region. Kathrotiya said, "Our standardised products have great potential within and outside the country." |
He said under the brand names "Ajanta" and "Orpat", the company manufactured telephones, time pieces, wall clocks, calculators, educational toys, home appliances, blenders, irons, semi-toasters and fans. |
Kathrotiya said Orpat energy-saving lamps were largest-selling products of the company, in which a customer could save up to 80 per cent on electricity. He said 115,000 compact fluorescent lamps (CFL) were being manufactured every quarter. |
