GVK Power & Infrastructure today said its consolidated net profit in the third quarter of the current fiscal fell 44.73 per cent to Rs 22.30 crore over the corresponding period year ago.
The company had a consolidated net profit of Rs 40.35 crore in the third quarter of last fiscal, GVK Power & Infrastructure said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The consolidated total income also declined to Rs 108.02 crore in the latest quarter from Rs 122.68 crore a year ago.
On a standalone basis, GVK Power & Infrastructure posted a net profit of Rs 33 crore in the quarter ended December 31, a 7 per cent decline from Rs 35.55 crore of the same period last fiscal.
