Relationship management company Convergys Corporation, has appointed Hanumant Talwar as Vice President and Head of India Operations for Convergys’ Customer Management business.
In this position, Talwar will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Convergys Corporation’s 8 contact centers and approximately 10,000 customer management employees in India.
Previously, Talwar served as Executive Vice President of the Sales and Marketing and Operations divisions within Hirco Developments and the Zenta Group respectively, both of the Hirandandani Group Company.
Before joining Convergys, Talwar also held leadership positions with GE Capital International Services, ExlService.com, and American Express. Prior to these roles, Talwar worked for International Data Management Limited, DCM Data Products, and Eureka Forbes Limited.
