Harrisons Malayalam sells estate for Rs 9.50cr

Harrisons Malayalam today finalised the sale of 83.61 hectares (206.51 acres) of land forming part of the Nagamallay Estate situated at Thenmala Village in Kollam district of Kerala.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the understanding with the buyer is that the property will be transferred as a functioning entity along with all its employees.

"The sale consideration is Rs 9.50 crore," the release added.
