HCC-NCC JV gets Rs 1,887cr order

A joint venture company of Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) and Nagarjuna Construction Ltd (NCC) has been awarded a contract on engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) basis for Phase II of the Godavari Lift Irrigation Scheme by the government of Andhra Pradesh.

According to a release issued by HCC to the BSE today, the value of the contract is Rs 1,887 crore.

"HCC is the lead partner in the joint venture with a share of 51%. The company's share in the total value of the contract amounts to Rs 962.37 crore," the release added.
