HCL Infinet, which will be acquiring the office automation business of HCL Infosystems in a group restructuring exercise, will be paying the latter a consideration of Rs 40.34 crore for the division.
Further, all other assets and liabilities of the division would be transferred to HCL Infinet at the same value at which they appear in HCL Infosystems
