Software exporter HCL Technologies today said it has partnered New Zealand-based Optimation for providing innovative and flexible software solutions.
The company has signed a partnership agreement with IT firm Optimation to offer software solutions to the New Zealand government and enterprise customers, HCL Technologies said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
"This partnership will prove to be a significant step forward in our plans to grow HCL's operations locally. We chose Optimation because of their long track record in New Zealand," HCL Technologies Head of Asia Pacific Virender Aggarwal said.
The HCL-Optimation partnership would offer customers a solution mix from a range of partners, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and EMC, the filing added.
The services would also include business transformation, remote infrastructure management, business process outsourcing, the filing said.
"We are looking forward to working with them to extend our global delivery model and our existing capabilities in areas such as SAP services and large-scale application development," Optimation Chief Executive Officer Rhoda Holmes said.
