HCLT, GE ink deal for GDCs in India, China

HCL Technologies has signed an agreement with General Electric to set up and operate global development centers (GDC) in India and China over three years.

"We are excited about the partnership, and will continue to deliver near- shore alternatives and LCC leverage to GE," Shami Khorana, president of HCL America, said.
