According to a statement from Mercer, Hema Ravichandar will work with Mercer to assist clients in executing their change management strategies, re-engineering their HR structures and processes and, where applicable, in offshoring them to more cost effective locations. |
Hema Ravichandar recently quit Infosys Technologies where she was senior VP and group head, HR and comes to Mercer with 22 years of experience. |
