Here is the reason why Disney+ Hotstar is ending its partnership with HBO

The reason for the dawn of despair amongst fans on where to stream the season finale of Succession and Barry, and binge-watch their favourites like The Last of US, House of the Dragon, and Game of Thrones, with the end of the deal between Disney+ Hotstar and HBO, is the inability to find common ground.

The disagreement on HBO's asking price of $10 million yearly for a five-year deal was a contentious issue between the two entertainment giants. Disney reportedly offered an "insufficient value", as a result of which 144 HBO originals will cease to broadcast on the Disney+ Hotstar
