Country's largest two-wheeler maker Hero MotoCorp today reported 1.32% jump in its October sales at 5,12,238 units.
The company had sold 5,05,553 units in the corresponding month last year, Hero MotoCorp said in a statement.
"We have been reaching new milestones this fiscal and the highest ever October retail sales is no exception. We are delighted with the response of the customers this festival season," Hero MotoCorp Senior Vice-President (Marketing and Sales) Anil Dua said.
The company recorded over 6.5 lakh units retail sales of two-wheelers in the last month, thus surpassing the previous highest of over 6 lakh retail sales in October 2008.
