Commenting on Andrew Yule, Dev said the revival package had been cleared by BIFR and it would be submitted to the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs soon.
Earlier, Raji Philip, chairman & managing director of HPC, urged the minister to take up the issue of excise concessions to HPC millls in north-eastern India with the central government, adding "HPC should get all the exemptions now being enjoyed by the oil refineries in the region."
