Hindalco board to consider pref issue on Mar 02

Hindalco Industries plans to raise capital by way of issue of equity shares or equity linked instruments on a preferential basis.

According to a release issued by Hindalco to the BSE today, the company's board is scheduled to meet tomorrow, ie March 02, to consider the above mentioned proposal.
