Hindalco Q3 net zooms 91% to Rs 644cr

Hindalco Industries today reported a 91% increase in net profit at Rs 643.90 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2006 when compared with Rs 336.20 crore in Q3FY06.

According to a release issued to the BSE today, total income increased to Rs 4,714.60 crore from Rs 2,916 crore in Q3FY06.
