Hindalco Q3 PAT up 35%

Hindalco Industries has reported a 35% jump in net profit at Rs 264.9 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2004 as compared to Rs 196 crore in Q3FY04.

According to a release issued to the BSE, total income has increased from Rs 1707.1 crore in Q3-03 to Rs 2081.3 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2004.
