Defiance Technologies Limited, a Hinduja Group Company, has been renamed as Hinduja Tech Limited. As part of this change, the company has also unveiled a new logo.
Dheeraj Hinduja, chairman, Hinduja Tech Limited said, “our new identity represents a vibrant and agile organisation, consistent with our DNA as a technology solutions provider. At the same time, it draws inspiration from the rich industry heritage of the Hinduja Group”.
“Technology impacting business evolution is at a very crucial point of convergence”, said Subu D Subramanian, managing director and chief executive officer of Hinduja Tech Limited.
He added that product engineering, enterprise solutions and conventional information technology are getting interwoven with one another through iSMAC (Social, Mobility, Analytics, Cloud and Internet of Things - iOT) technology solutions.
“Our new identity provides us the opportunity to bring in a fresh perspective to technology led transformation solutions to automotive and manufacturing industries”.
The company also announced that the name of its subsidiary in the US has been changed to Hinduja Tech Inc. Likewise, the German subsidiary is now known as Hinduja Tech Gmbh.
