Hinduja TMT board to consider spl dividend

The board of directors of  Hinduja TMT will meet on August 31, 2006 to consider declaration of a special (iterim) dividend for the financial year 2006-07. This was announced in a release issued by the company to the BSE today.

The move follows the divestment of the company's stake in telecom operator Hutchison Essar to Hutch.
