Hinduja group company, Hinduja TMT, underwent a name-change today and will be known as Hinduja Ventures. The company got approval for the name-change from its shareholders at its annual general meeting (AGM) held here. Ashok Hinduja, executive chairman of the group, told shareholders that the group would be investing Rs 100-crore in its medicare projects. Hinduja group has formed a 50:50 joint venture with DP World for the medicare projects. The group also plans to list its media company, IndusInd Media and Communications, next year, he said. Hinduja Ventures will also undertake property development over 47-acre in Bangalore near the new international airport, Hinduja added. |
