Mumbai-based Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) is targeting an order-book of Rs 30,000 crore in the next 3 years.
"Our order-book at the end of March 2009 was Rs 16,500 crore. We are targeting an order-book of Rs 30,000 crore in the next three years," Hindustan Construction Company CMD Ajit Gulab Chand told reporters in the national capital today.
While speaking on the sidelines of a CII conclave, Gulab Chand also said that the financial requirement for its Lavasa project would be Rs 2,000-2,500 crore per year.
The company is developing a hill station, Lavasa, near Pune. They claim it to be the first such project in the post- independence India.
