Hindustan Copper cut prices marginally

The public sector Hindustan Copper has cut basic selling prices of cathode full and cathode cut by over one per cent or Rs 400 per tonne effective today to bring them in line with global prices.

With the current revision, these products are quoted at Rs 3,41,300 per tonne and Rs 3,41,700 per tonne.

Prices of copper bars have also been revised downwards by less then one per cent to Rs 3,45,700 per tonne, Rs 3,45,300 per tonne and Rs 3,47,400 per tonne of its three basic varieties i.e. Standard 8mm, non standard 8 mm and 11-16 mm.

The company had revised its product prices last on August 16 because of high volatility in global copper prices.

 

The company revises copper prices in line with copper prices on the London Metal Exchange.
