Hindustan Dorr bags Rs 441 crore order

Hindustan Dorr Oliver has bagged an order worth Rs 441 crore from Uranium Corporation of India (UCIL) for their greenfield ore mining and processing facility of capacity 3,000 metric tons per day (MTPD) coming up at Tumalapalle in Andhra Pradesh.

The process plant shall adopt innovative Alkali Pressure Leaching process technology which will be used in India for the first time. Bateman, a South African company will be the technology partner of Hindustan Dorr Oliver in this project.

Execution of the project shall be completed within a period of twenty two months, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange in a release.
