Vedanta Resources group firm Hindustan Zinc today said it would be listing silver prices on its website every day starting today.

At present, the company updates zinc and lead prices every Thursday and Saturday, and cadmium prices every Monday on its website, www.Hzlconnect.com.

"From now, Hindustan Zinc would also display silver prices on a daily basis," company's Chief Operating Officer Akhilesh Joshi said.

The company, at present, produces about 100 tonnes of silver per annum and is expected to raise its output manifolds in the next few years.

"Currently, Hindustan Zinc produces about 100 tonnes of silver and is poised to produce about 500 tonnes of silver once the ongoing expansions are completed," he said.
