HLL rejigs management panel

Hindustan Lever today announced changes in its management committee.
 
Sanjay Dube, executive director, sales and customer development, will be heading for an overseas appointment as chairman, Unilever, Poland and Baltics, from June.
 
Dube's current portfolio will be handed over to Sanjiv Kakkar, who currently is executive director, marketing and strategy, foods. Shrijeet Mishra will be returning to India to join the management committee and take over Kakkar's responsibility as executive director, foods.
 
Ashok Gupta, vice-president, legal, has been appointed executive director, legal, and will replace M K Sharma in the management committee.
 
HLL for the first time in the company's history inducted a woman into its management committee. Leena Nair, vice-president, HR, was appointed executive director, HR, and will be joining the management committee.
