HMT Intl to set up tech centres in Harare, Bulawayo

HMT's wholly-subsidiary HMT (International), Bangalore, would set up Indo-Zimbabwe Technology Centre (IZTC) in Harare and India Technology Centre (ITC) in Bulawayo.

According to an official release issued by HMT to the BSE today, the project valued at Rs 22.5 crore would be implemented under a grant from Government of India to Government of Zimbabwe.

HMT (International) has entered into an agreement with the Indian government's ministry of external affairs, for the purpose.

This would pave the way for infrastructure development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Zimbabwe.
