The company on Friday launched its first Home Town, its home making store, in south at Hyderabad and with this, it now has three stores including at Noida and Ahmedabad. |
It would add six other stores by this year end, each entailing an investment of Rs 20 crore. A store each would be opened at Bangalore this week, and one at Pune during the first week of October, followed by Lucknow, Gurgaon, Thane and Kolkata. |
Addressing the media, Mahesh Shah, CEO of Home Town, said, "Each of these stores, on an average, is expected to do a business of Rs 200 crore." |
