Hotel Leela to consider stock split on June 25

Hotel Leelaventure plans to sub-divide its each equity share.

According to a release issued by Hotel Leela to the BSE today, the companyt's board is scheduled to meet on June 25 to consider a proposal for sub-division of equity shares.

Among other things, the board will also consider a proposal for increasing the shareholding of FIIs and declare a final dividend if any., the release added.
