HPCL, Gail sign MoU for E&P projects

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) and Gail India have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to pursue exploration and production (E&P) activities in the country and abroad.

According to a release issued by HPCL to the BSE today, both the comapnies have also signed MoU to form a separate joint venture for city gas and CNG distribution projects at Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
