HPCL may sell 50% Vizag stake to Total

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) is willing to offer up to 50% stake in its new refinery at Vishakhapatnam to French oil major Total.

"We are talking to them, and they will be an equal stake holder in our new refinery," M.B. Lal, chairman, HPCL, said today.
