Human resources outsourcing revenues seen at $76 billion

 Companies, which are lacking on time and expertise and seek confidentiality and impartiality in human resources functions, will turn to outsourcing in a big way, the study says.

 The industry is expected to attain a size of $76 billion by 2004 and account for 39 per cent of the total revenue of the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry, according to another prediction by Gartner Inc.
