Hyundai June sales up 9%

Hyundai Motors India today said sales rose 9% in the month of June at 19,509 units.

The company said these included 10,895 units in the domestic market, while exports accounted for sales of 8,614 units.

Sales for the company in the first three months of the fiscal are up 58% at 62,568 units. These include 38,196 units sold in the domestic market, at a growth of nearly 50%.

Exports for Hyundai in the first quarter are up 74% to 24,372 units.
