Media firm, IBN18 Broadcast today said its board would discuss the issue of shares on rights basis this week.
A meeting of the board will be held on September 24, to consider the issue of shares on rights basis to the existing shareholders, IBN18 Broadcast said in a filing to the Bombay Stock exchange (BSE).
Shares of IBN18 Broadcast today closed at Rs 116.35, down 0.09 per cent from its previous close on the BSE.
