ICCL plans to delist shares from five bourses

 The five bourses are Bhubaneswar Stock Exchange, Calcutta Stock Exchange, Madras Stock exchange, Delhi Stock Exchange and Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.

 The de-listing move follows an open offer by the company to buy out its shares. The second offer closed in March 2003 following which hardly 1.12 per cent of the paid up capital of the company now remained with the public comprising of about 100 odd shareholders.

 Meanwhile, sources said, the company has already received in principle approval from Mumbai Stock Exchange and Bhubaneswar Stock Exchange for de-listing. However, Mumbai Stock Exchange
