ICI India to sell Quest Int'l to Givaudan grp

The board of ICI India has spproved the sale of its entire stake in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Quest International India, to Givaudan Group for a total consideration of about Rs 390 crore.

According to an official release issued by ICI India to the BSE today, Quest India was established in 2001 as a joint venture between the ICI Group and Hindustan Lever (HLL) with ICI India holding the controlling interest. As provided in the joint venture agreement, ICI India acquired HLL
