ICICI Home Finance to raise Rs 955 crore via debentures

ICICI Home Finance Company Friday said it will raise up to Rs 955 crore in tranches by issuing debentures on private placement basis.

A meeting of the Committee of Directors of ICICI Home Finance will be held on March 23 to consider the allotment of debentures, it said in a BSE filing.

It said the board will consider the allotment of unsecured redeemable senior bonds in the nature of debentures on private placement basis.

The debentures will be of face value of Rs 5 lakh each.

ICICI Home Finance, part of the ICICI Group, is in the business of mortgage finance and realty space.
