ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company today said it will continue to focus on the eastern region as the growth of business in the region for the company was very impressive.
"The company has expanded aggressively in the east through opening of 34 branches in the last five months. We will open 10 more branches in this zone," ICICI Prudential AMC Managing Director Nimesh Shah said today.
With the opening of 10 proposed branches, the total number of branches in this zone will go up to 60.
Shah said the business volume has received boost from 10-11 per cent to 18-20 per cent for the company while the industry average collection in the east zone is about 15 per cent.
As in July the asset under the management of the company was Rs 55,191 crore and have presence in 235 cities in the country.
