ICICI Securities appoints Rishabh Mishra as Head, IT & ITeS, Investment Banking

He'll work closely with mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and debt capital markets teams

ICICI Securities today appointed Rishabh Mishra as Head, IT & ITeS, Investment Banking. Mishra will be responsible for client coverage across the technology sector and will work closely with mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and debt capital markets teams.
 
Some of the recent IT transactions that Mishra has handled, include Fractal Analytics PE fund raise from TA Associates, KPIT Technologies’ fund raise from CX Partners and ChrysCapital, Wipro’s acquisition of Promax in Australia and MphasiS’ acquisition of Digital Risk in North America. 
 
“Recently, the Indian IT & ITeS sector has witnessed several M&A transactions. ICICI Securities has been involved in some of them. We are strengthening our team,” commented Ajay Saraf, Executive Director, ICICI Securities . 
 
 
Recently, ICICI Securities hired Pritish Kandoi as Head – BFSI, investment banking. The company acted as an advisor to Baring Private Equity Asia Group Open Offer of Hexaware Technologies. ICICI Securities also acted as the advisor to CESC in its buy out of FirstSource, a well known BPO in India.
 
Prior to joining ICICI Securities, Mishra has worked with Avendus Capital, Ambit Corporate Finance and BMR Advisors. He is a commerce graduate and chartered accountant by qualification and is also a certified valuation expert.
