Idea Cellular claims to have snatched the top slot n Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh by snapping up 94 per cent of the new cellphone subscribers.
Madhya Pradesh has three operators, Idea, RPG and AirTel. Idea Cellular score is even more than the score of any basic telecom service provider. The benchmarks have been divided into four categories - network performance, fault incidence and repair, billing complaints and customer perception regarding services.
