iGate hikes stake in US-based Loan Pro to 60%

iGate Global Solutions today said it has enhanced its stakeholding in US-based Loan Pro (LP) LLC to 60%.

In April this year, iGate had acquired 5% equity stake in  Horsham-based LP, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange today.

The investment is in line with the company's vision to become a leading integrated Technology and Operations (iTOPS) player and would enhance its presence in the mortgage space, it added.

LP is engaged in mortgage origination related services and provides services relating to lending operations in all states in US.

iGate Global Solutions, a subsidiary of US-based iGATE corporation is a fully integrated technology and operations firm.
