IL&FS gets LoI for automated parking facility in Hyderabad

IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd today said it has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) to construct Hyderabad's first Integrated Multilevel Automated Car Parking facility for Charminar Robo Park Ltd.

Charminar Robo Park is an SPV formed by Futureage Consortium for the project valued at Rs 35.04 crore at Khilwat area in the city, a statement from IL&FS said.

IL&FS Engineering Services was shortlisted as the preferred contractor for this Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) contract and the period of completion is 14 months, the statement said.

Multilevel Automated Car Parking facility is an initiative of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. It will accommodate 440 cars and 250 scooters.
 

The scope of work includes Design and Engineering, civil and structural works, electrical works, interior fit-out works, external infrastructure services and landscape works.
